The Town : Beaune, France
Beaune is the wine capital of Burgundy. It is an ancient town on a plain by the hills of the Côte d'Or, with features remaining from the pre-Roman and Roman eras, through the medieval and renaissance periods. The central "old town" or "vieille ville" is extensive. Beaune, located about 300km from Paris, is accessible by train.
The Venue : Les Hospices De Beaune
A gorgeous & iconic space in the heart of historic Beaune, France awaits. A hospital foundation from the Middle Ages, the Hospices de Beaune is one of France’s most prestigious historic monuments. Its flamboyant Gothic architecture, its polychrome roofs and a renowned vineyard make this museum one of Burgundy’s gems. The Hospices de Beaune is also famous for its 60 hectares wine estate, producing prestigious wines, sold at auction on the third Sunday in November. We will have a rare and exclusive opportunity to practice yoga and meditation with Yogarupa Rod Stryker and others in this iconic space as well as dine with all of the delectable food and wine the region has to offer. Yum!
The Farm : Les Loups Bio
We will be eating from this incredible organic vegetable garden throughout our retreat! A portion of proceeds from the retreat will be donated back the farm to preserve a way of life where (wo)man and nature live in harmony and balance. The philosophy of Les Loups Bio is to follow nature, follow the seasons and to give back to the earth what we took from her. Food is medicine and supporting farmers who are walking the talk is so important!

Céline and Theo Loubet, Les Loups'Bio
Céline and Théo Loubet grew up on their family farm. When they were not at school, they were there. Their father comes from a line of market farmers and was a pioneer in organic agriculture. When an older farmer was retiring he gave his collection of old varieties of tomato seeds to Céline and Théo’s dad. The three of them worked together for a few years, until their dad retired in 2015, when Céline and Théo took over the family business. Their farm is 100% organic and much of the work is done by hand. Today Céline and Théo have a collection of 500 different seeds and live by the philosophies, “give back to the earth what you took her” and, “follow the nature, follow the seasons".
A portion of the proceeds from the 2019 Lead with Love France retreat will support Les Loups’ Bio .
