Come and join us for this special offering of the Wild Yoga class series held in Spanish by the beauty of Rock Bottom Ranch.
We will be practicing a mixture of Yin and Restorative yoga. Come and enjoy this slow-paced style yoga where asanas ( postures) are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. The poses in our class will apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fasciae, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. This yoga is suitable for practitioners of all levels. A restful practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga— an excellent antidote to stress. Making stillness a powerful practice.
This class is offered in partnership between Lead with Love and ACES. 100% of the proceeds support ACES environmental education programs.
