Our mission + vision

Lead With Love empowers individuals to discover their authentic values and live in alignment with them to create a ripple effect of change that shifts culture from fear to love.

We are creating ripples of healing that transform communities through values-based living.

Our programs include single day retreats in the Aspen valley, weeklong retreats at international destinations, monthly community support series in the Aspen valley, and several wellness programs hosted in partnerships with local organizations such as ACES Aspen and the Aspen Institute.

What Attendees Are Saying About Lead With Love Experiences

“At Beyul, I felt safe enough to release my own trauma, cared for in ways I had forgotten I needed, and reminded that love and joy are also medicine. For the first time in a long time, I felt free enough to lay down some of the weight I carry.”

— Kheperah Kearse, Chief Wellness Officer, LIFE Camp NYC

Care for Caregivers Scholar

“ I attended the retreat as part of CASA and was a scholar. The retreat was an absolutely beautiful experience... As a caregiver that shows up daily for others it was refreshing and rejuvenating to show up for myself.”

— Care For Caregivers Scholar

“Each experience, from movement to meditation, sound healing, workshops, and ceremonies, wove together into something greater than the sum of its parts.”

— Beyul Retreat Attendee

Why

What

Who

Fear is pervasive in our culture. We see this expressed through separation, violence, oppression, greed, depression and suicide. We believe a shift from fear to love is essential.

LEAD WITH LOVE IS A VEHICLE FOR US ALL TO BE THE CHANGE WE WISH TO SEE, TO CHOOSE LOVE OVER FEAR EACH MOMENT, AND TO HAVE THE AWARENESS AND SUPPORT TO DO SO. THIS IS NOT AN INDIVIDUAL MISSION, IT IS OUR COLLECTIVE MISSION. IF IT RESONATES WITH YOU THEN I HOPE YOU WILL BE PART OF THIS MOVEMENT BY JOINING AN EVENT, WORKSHOP OR RETREAT AND ADDING YOUR VOICE AND HEART TO THE COLLECTIVE.
— FOUNDER, GINA MURDOCK

Workplace Wellbeing

black-rule-1.png

Implementing a cultural shift in the workplace requires a comprehensive action plan and an experienced team.

Lead With Love's Workplace Wellbeing programs support businesses by consulting, assessing, designing and implementing wellbeing programs that create a measurable improvement for the employees and a significant return on investment for the employer. We believe the wellbeing of one is connected to the wellbeing of all. We started this programming as part of Aspen City of Wellbeing in 2014 and continue these subsidized programs for essential service workers in the Roaring Fork Valley today under the Lead with Love banner. You can support our work & invest in the people who are often overlooked in our society here.

We collect data to measure the wellbeing of your employees before and after implementing programming. The data shows us the level of wellbeing for each participant, which areas the participant feels needs improvement, and how our programming impacts their overall wellbeing, both in the work place and without.
