Marketing & Community Engagement Strategist

The Marketing & Community Engagement position will enhance the Lead with Love digital presence. The position will work in conjunction with the Lead with Love Founder and the Love in Action Director to increase engagement and digital attendance.

• Ensures synchronicity between all digital platforms

• Implement and maintain a schedule of all digital activity across the social platforms and maintain current content on our website

• Offer strategies to increase engagement and attendee retention

• Create organizational newsletters

• Lead for Digital Community Partnerships and Outreach

• Familiarity with Aspen, Colorado organizations 

• Strong Storytelling Abilities

• Copywriting Skills 

• Self starter and accepts responsibility for one's own actions.

• Ability to understand the Lead with Love brand and voice 

• A proactive problem solving attitude for continuously improving internal systems

• Embraces experiences as learning opportunities.

• Ability to work within a team and work independently

• Possesses strong core ethics, integrity, and values consistent with Lead with Loves organizational principles.
