About Lead with Love:

Lead With Love is an Aspen, Colorado based non-profit committed to shifting culture from fear to love by nurturing heart-centered leaders. Events, programs and trainings focus on: heart-centered leadership, optimal wellbeing, service, connection and joy.

Position Description:

The Marketing & Engagement Strategist position will enhance the Lead with Love digital presence and build and manage community partnerships. The position will work in conjunction with the Lead with Love Founder and the Love in Action Director to increase engagement and digital attendance and eventually in-person.

Increase Lead with Love engagement and attendance.

RESPONSIBIILITES:

SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY

Ensures synchronicity across all digital platforms
Develop and implement social media strategy for building engagement and followership
Create digital paid ads and searches
Create and execute video strategy for youtube library assets

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT & PARTNERSHIPS

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase engagement
Create, maintain and manage new partnerships (influencers, brands and organizations)

COMMUNICATIONS & PUBLIC RELATIONS

Curation and deployment of Lead with Love Email marketing campaigns
Public Relations with Media Outlets

ESSENTIAL SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:

At least 3 year experience with digital marketing.
Capacity with Squarespace
SEO tactics and experience
Social media strategies & analytics comprehension / proven record of building engagement and followership
Sales strategies
Public relations
Strong storytelling skills
Ability to understand the Lead with Love brand, voice, and values proposition
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Demonstrated success in problem solving and the ability to collaborate with others to find a solution
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Self starter and accepts responsibility for one's own actions
Embraces experiences as learning opportunities
