* Energy passes are movements and breaths, practiced either standing, sitting or on the mat, that originate in a tradition of shamans from ancient Mexico, and which bring an increase in vitality, awareness and energy in those who practice them.

For transport to and from the venue, we can arrange a quality mini bus (for an extra cost - approximately €125).

We think the best way to get to/from Villa Olivo for international travelers is to fly on a red eye to Rome landing on the morning of the 23rd - or come in a few days early to explore Rome - and meet at the airport for the shuttle by noon on the 23rd to take the 2h45 min drive. Once you book your flight please forward us your itinerary and we will keep track of you and set you up with info to find the driver on the 23rd.

We will have a similar option to return to Rome leaving the morning of the 30th from Olivo to Rome airport for up to 7 passengers. We will secure a second van if needed.

Please let us know asap if you’d like us to arrange an airport transfer for you and your flight details.

Please note, if you do not meet up with the group for transport you can rent your own car, take a public bus, or take an individual taxi which costs approximately €500 from Rome. Please plan accordingly! It is our hope that you have the flexibility to book a few extra days before or after in Rome or another fabulous destination in Italy!

All “extras” like airport transfers, massages, alcohol, etc, will be added to your bill to be paid before departure.

• Bologna Airport – 2 hour 30 minute drive

We can organize transportation at an additional cost, for the following numbers of guests:

Taxi for up to 5 people (limited luggage space)

Mini bus for up to 7 people (with one large piece of luggage each)

Coach for up to 22 people (with one large piece of luggage each)

Please note the drivers we use are very safe and accredited but some do not speak English, if you require an English speaking driver, please specify this at the time of booking.

If you wish to hire your own car from one of the airports to the Villa, or you would like the car dropping off at the Villa or picking up at the Villa once you arrive, please reach out to our partner; their contact info is below. If you can copy us in at reservations@villaolivomarche.com on the booking we can make sure we connect to organize the pick up and drop off. Please ensure to specify whether - you wish to have an automatic or gear based car. You may require an International driving license. The contract and payment will be directly with yourselves and Mobility rent and there is usually a damage deposit.
