At Aspen Meadows Resort: The discounted lodging rates start as low as $119 per night! Rates are based on double occupancy and do not include tax or $20 Resort Fee charged nightly.

Please note that we do require a deposit equal to your full stay at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. Our cancellation policy is 14 days. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are nonrefundable. If a reservation is cancelled prior to 14 days, the deposit will be refunded.

At The Little Nell: $225/ night
Rates are quoted Run of House and are exclusive of 6% Resort Fee and 11.3% Tax

At The Hotel Jerome: $245/night

Group attendees must contact hotel by September, 25, 2017.  Individual attendees are to make reservation requests by phone, to the Reservations Department, at the following number:  855-331-7213.  All Group attendees must identify themselves as part of the Group by referencing the Group Name “Lead with Love Event".
Payment in full for individual reservations is due 30 days prior to arrival. If notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to arrival, The Hotel Jerome will retain full prepayment for the entire individual stay as liquidated damages. Cancellations must be made directly with The Hotel Jerome Reservations Departments. “No Shows” will be charged the nightly rate for the entire reserved stay. This “No Show” policy applies to late arrivals or early departures.

At The Limelight Hotel: $185/night

4 night minimum stay

Guests must call the Limelight Hotel Reservations office at 970-925-3345 and mention the "Lead With Love Experience" at time of booking to receive the special rate.

At Aspen Square Condominium Hotel: 

Fireplace Studios @ $139 per night (Studios are c.500 square feet, great for 2 people)
One-Bedrooms @ $179 per night (One-bedrooms are c.700 square feet, additional room for 2 people)
Two-Bedrooms @ $219 per night (Two-bedrooms are c.1000 square feet, 4 adults or a family of 4)
*17% combined tax/service fee additional
