Arielle is an E-RYT 500hr Yoga and Meditation Teacher in Aspen, CO. This Colorado girl is an avid adventurer and lover of the outdoors. When she is not in the studio its a good bet she is getting lost somewhere in the mountains. Her motto: Work Hard, Play Hard. Rest hard. Yoga is a multifaceted gem that is there to meet you wherever you need it most.

Emily Hightower created Ondalu, a wellness company dedicated to the healing truths of yoga, real food nutrition, and outdoor play. She works with Challenge Aspen Military Opportunities to bring these gifts to wounded Veterans throughout the year. Emily specializes in nutrition and breath coaching for managing PTSD, anxiety, depression, and insomnia.

Her yoga adventure started in 2010 in Chicago, where she completed her 200hr YTT with Carmen Aguilar. Shenna's a mountain lover, personal development junkie, and rose´ fanatic that is excited to be sharing the mission of Lead With Love.

Ashley was born and raised in Iowa City, IA where she was steeped in the Midwest traditions of hard work and family values. In 2012, she made a seemingly inevitable move to Aspen where she enjoys a full life filled with hiking, camping, traveling and great friends. Ashley has over a decade of experience working in event planning and production. She works each day to improve the lives of people around her and is kind, smart, motivated, and an integral part of each endeavor she undertakes.

Shannon is a dedicated yogi from Boston. Her love for yoga and wellness has traveled with her to Aspen permanently. She is passionate about teaching, and forever a yoga student, on and off the mat. She is a loving dog mom, top-notch auntie, and good food and wine lover!
River Morgan is a third generation yogini. River has been featured in many publications for her yoga classes and retreats, including Yoga Journal, Forbes magazine, and as a model for the Gaiam and Jade Catalogues and products. River teaches meditation, dance, Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Pre/Post Natal Yoga.
Shayne was born and raised in San Diego, graduated from UCSD and was introduced to yoga, meditation and metaphysics by her mother, who discovered Yogananda's center in Encinitas, CA. She introduced her daughter, River, to yoga and River's children now practice Yoga!

Lisa founded Sparked, the game with Inspiration, Heart and Hilarity. Lisa is also Founder of YogaVentures, a humanitarian retreat company providing global volunteer retreats. Lisa fundraised and built a home and school for orphans in Haiti, The Jacmel Children Center - 27 children now live there. Lisa has led 40 YogaVentures trips - 20 to Haiti alone.
