Everything is optional so while the retreat is designed for people who enjoy biking and yoga, no experience is necessary (though it is recommended!)

We are very excited to announce that we have secured funding to offer THREE partial scholarships for our upcoming Yoga and Biking Retreat in Tuscany May 23-29, 2025. These spots are less than 1/2 of the listed price and include all accommodations, meals, yoga and sound healing + bikes or e-bikes, guides and transport during the retreat. Airfare to Italy is not included. Total cost for qualifying caregivers is 1500 Euros.
