Lead with Love is an organization born from a dream that a world based on love is not only possible, it’s inevitable.
Our mission is a movement: shift culture from fear to love.
This shift takes all of us looking inwardly and truly “being the change we wish to see” by shifting inside ourselves from fear to love and reflecting that love in all that we do personally and professionally. This is love in action and the antidote to the culture of fear, separation, blame and oppression that we see reflected in our country and around the world.
The truth is, and we all fundamentally know this truth, but we forget it, we are all inexorably linked and we are all more powerful than we dare to believe. We can and we will - in every thought, word and action - be a part of a shift either toward more fear or toward love.
I CHOOSE LOVE.
This has been my personal motto since I realized I had a choice. I can choose how I respond regardless of the circumstance. This was absolutely revelatory for me to learn this and has become a knowing for me over the last decade or so doing a lot of interpersonal work with many of the presenters we’ve hosted over the last five years at Lead with Love. It is one of the greatest pleasures of my life to share wisdom from teachers who have transformed and inspired my life with others.
We took a break from our larger Lead with Love Summit in 2019 to focus our energy and dig deep into what it is we really want to offer as an organization. From that inquiry, our 2020 “Be The Change” Summit, our transformational Culture Shift Trainings, and our smaller, more intimate global wellbeing retreats were born. This is alignment for us. We couldn’t be more enthusiastic about all of our public offerings in 2020 + our local workplace wellbeing programs that continue to thrive and serve the essential workers in our valley.
All of our events are designed to raise consciousness and shift culture from fear to love. We have justice pricing and scholarships to all of our offerings thanks to generous donors like you.

Lead with Love retreats are designed to be transformational and shift consciousness from fear to love. The retreats focus on the heart, with time to reset, look inward, disconnect from the buzz of the outside world and create deep connection with one self and others in some of the most beautiful places around the world. Lead with Love retreats include curated and unique experiences that you cannot find elsewhere. Trainings
Lead with Love hosts personal, corporate and organizational leadership, wellbeing and service trainings designed to educate, elevate, connect and inspire.
In 2019 Lead with Love hosted it’s first Culture Shift Training, in collaboration with Stephen McgGhee Leadership Inc, an interactive two-day workshop, covering collaborative leadership culture using 8 tools for organizational and personal transformation.
Attendees included The Aspen Skiing Company, The Aspen Fire Department, Aspen Chamber Resort Association, The Wheeler Opera House, The City of Aspen, Pathfinders, The Aspen Institute and more.

Project Wellbeing
Project Wellbeing offers onsite wellbeing programs for the essential service workers of the Roaring Fork Valley.
Since 2016, Project Wellbeing, a program of Lead with Love, has served 400+ individuals.

The Lead with Love Summit is the global gathering and training for heart-centered leaders featuring movement, meditation, conscious capitalism, time in nature, experiential and immersive works, music, art and a focus on social impact and business as a force for good.

Accessibility is one of the Lead with Love core values and Lead with Love is committed to making all events as accessible as possible while also creating a sustainable organization. For that reason, Lead with Love offers Justice Pricing for subsidized tickets, Volunteer opportunities and Scholarships for all retreats and events.
In 2019 Lead with Love provided 31 Justice Priced Retreat Passes and 22 Scholarship Passes to local Lead with Love events. We would like to express our highest gratitude to the Living Peace Foundation for making these scholarships possible.
In 2020 we will be back with the Be The Change Summit at the Wheeler Opera House.
